Heart Church commenced as a church plant in 1988 under the leadership of Pastors Bob and Helga Spence, as Christian Outreach Centre Roma.

Our movement (back in 88 known as Christian Outreach Centre), now numbers over 600 churches in the South Pacific Region and approx. 2000 churches worldwide.
